Main purpose of the job
- Forecast levels of demand for products and sales
- Running tenders and making recommendations on product ranges
- Ensuring procurement policies are followed
- Keeping up to date with consumer trends
- Maintain and develop relationships with new and current suppliers
- Communicate with team members
- Negotiate contracts and agree terms
Job Requirements
- Previous experience within a Food business
- Educated to a degree level
- Commercially minded
- Happy to be office based
