Offering excellent customer service will come as second nature to you, as is a keen interest and a passion for the property industry.You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Salary and benefits of the Sales Negotiator position include:
- Basic £19,000 to £21,000
- OTE £30,000 to £35,000
- Mon to Fri working every other Saturday.

Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator position:
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers.
- Generating and conducting viewings.
- Canvassing to bring on new properties.
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers.
- Preparing sales brochures.
- Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis.
- Booking appointments and conducting viewings.
The skills required for the Sales Negotiator role will include:
- At least 6 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Well spoken with good telephone manner.
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated.
- An excellent team player.
- Target driven.
