We’re looking for an ECommerce / Web Merchandiser to enhance our e-commerce strategy and ensure seamless product presentation across Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

In this role, you’ll focus on optimising product content, category management, and promotions to drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and optimise the online product catalogue (descriptions, images, metadata)Enhance category pages for usability, search visibility, and conversion ratesDevelop and schedule promotional banners, landing pages, and content updatesMonitor product performance, making data-driven merchandising adjustmentsUtilise Google Analytics and other tools to track trends and optimise site performanceImplement basic HTML & CSS edits for minor layout improvementsEnsure SEO best practices across on-site contentPerform quality assurance checks to maintain consistency across devicesStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies

The Ideal Candidate:

Technical Skills & Experience

1+ years experience in e-commerce / digital merchandisingFamiliarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Business Manager tools ( preferred)

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEOExperience with Google Analytics or similar tracking toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication
