Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography Teacher lessons covering both physical and human geography across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Prepare students effectively for GCSE Geography examinations, ensuring a strong understanding of key geographical concepts.
Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking about global issues and sustainability.
Assess and monitor student progress in Geography, providing clear and constructive feedback to support their learning.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Geography.
Demonstrated experience teaching Geography at Key Stages 3 and 4.
A strong and comprehensive knowledge of geographical concepts, processes, and contemporary issues.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of making geography relevant and engaging for students.
