Location: Hillingdon Role: Geography Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3-4, with a focus on global issues and perspectives.
Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of geographical concepts, processes, and their global context.
Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Humanities department to share best practice and enhance the Geography curriculum with a global dimension.
Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Geography.
Potentially contribute to extracurricular activities that promote global awareness and understanding.

Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Geography.
Degree in Geography or a related field.
Proven experience teaching Geography at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subject of Geography and its global relevance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students in Geography with a global perspective.
A commitment to fostering global citizenship and an understanding of global issues.
