Our well-regarded Independent school in Hillingdon is seeking an Enthusiastic Geography Teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the diversity of our planet and the interconnectedness of human and physical environments.
Location: Hillingdon Role: Geography Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent) Salary: Inner London Payscale
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography Teacher lessons covering both physical and human geography across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Prepare students effectively for GCSE Geography examinations, ensuring a strong understanding of key geographical concepts.
- Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking about global issues and sustainability.
- Assess and monitor student progress in Geography, providing clear and constructive feedback to support their learning.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Geography.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Geography at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- A strong and comprehensive knowledge of geographical concepts, processes, and contemporary issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of making geography relevant and engaging for students.
