About the Role:

As Head of Science, you will:

  • Lead and manage a successful and well-resourced Science department (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

  • Inspire and support a team of talented teachers to deliver exceptional outcomes at KS3-KS5

  • Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and enrichment activities

  • Drive forward teaching standards, using evidence-based approaches to improve pupil progress

  • Contribute to whole-school leadership and strategic development
