We are searching for a hardworking, ambitious & dynamic Lead Practitioner of Maths for a September start. We are an ‘Outstanding School’ as deemed by Ofsted in 2023.Â
This is a fantastic role which will allow you to develop your leadership skills. You will become part of our well-established, highly collaborative & successful team. Your key responsibilities will include:
•   Setting high expectations for students & staff
•   Demonstrate good subject & curriculum knowledge
•   Plan & teach well-structured lessons
•   Develop the Maths provision in KS3, KS4 & KS5
•   Leading from the front – guiding your colleagues
•   The opportunity to lead certain aspects of learning
•   Lead on induction, support & CPD of all ECTs

Lead Practitioner – The Person
•   The ideal candidate will be an experienced Maths TeacherÂ
•   Possess a strong academic record
•   A passion for education & Maths
•   Experience of teaching to Maths KS5
•   Strong leadership potentialÂ
•   Applications welcomed from candidates at a fairly early stage of their career
•   Can enable students to make outstanding progress in their learning
•   A proven track record of delivering consistently good or better lessons
•   Be open minded, creative and inspirational
•   Able/ willing to go that ‘extra mile’
