Dedicated Religious Education Teacher Wanted in Hillingdon! Reflective Secondary School Location: Hillingdon Role: Religious Education Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and thought-provoking Religious Education lessons across Key Stages 3-4, and potentially A-Level, encouraging reflective thinking about religious, ethical, and personal beliefs.
  • Inspire students to develop their own reflective capacities and to engage in introspection about the topics explored.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the RE curriculum, promoting reflective learning and personal development.
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Religious Education, with a focus on the depth of their reflection.
  • Foster a classroom environment that encourages quiet contemplation, personal inquiry, and the articulation of reflective insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
