Support Workers –Hillingdon
Rolling rota | 24-hour shifts | NVQ Level 3 required | Weekly Pay + Night Shift Supplement 

We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a passionate team in Hillingdon, providing round-the-clock support across semi-independent homes for young people aged 16 to 25.

 

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care /Children & Young People
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential or semi-independent setting
  • Full Right to Work in UK- NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE

 

Shift Patterns:

  • Thursday & Friday: 24-hour shifts (9am–9am) OR Saturday & Sunday: 24-hour activity-focused shifts (9am–9am)
  • Rolling rota pattern
  • Resident Curfew is 11pm; residents do not have key access and must be accompanied when leaving

 

About our client:

Our client provides supported accommodation for young people who have faced significant challenges in life. This includes:

  • Unaccompanied asylum-seeking children
  • Those escaping gang affiliation or County Lines exploitation
  • Young people with low to moderate mental health needs, ADHD, or mild learning difficulties
  • Individuals leaving the care system or who have experienced placement breakdowns
  • Young people who may already be in work, education, or training but still require structured support and safeguarding

 

Your Role:

As a Support Worker, you’ll be a consistent and reassuring presence in the lives of these young people. You’ll help promote life skills, routine, and personal development, while maintaining clear professional boundaries and safeguarding protocols.

This role does not involve hands-on care, medication administration, or physical intervention – instead, it focuses on emotional support, structure, and daily living guidance.
