Senior Social Worker-Looked After/UASC-No court-Up to 55,000

Are you an experienced social worker who enjoys looked after, leaving care or UASC & is looking to move into a niche team? This one's for you! Our client is an Outstanding Ofsted local authority located in the West of London, who are looking for an experienced social worker or senior to join their service, offering little - no court work!

This position offers hybrid working options, allowing you to manage your own caseloads & diary from the comfort of your own home, meaning you will create a fantastic work life balance.

This local authority are offering fantastic training & development opportunities, giving you the chance to progress your training & gain more responsibility if you so wish, meaning you will have greater chances for your own career development.

Some responsibilities of this role include;

  • Completing assessments, visits & establishing care plans for those in need.
  • Identifying the needs of children in your care.
  • Liaison with relevant agencies & authorities to ensure that the greatest standard of care and assistance is given to those in need of support.
  • Hold a caseload consistent of Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers

Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
  • A drivers license
  • An up to date DBS check
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in Children's Services, ideally working with Looked After Children or Children in Care.
