Student Welfare Officer

Apex Educ8 is seeking to recruit a dedicated Student Welfare Officer for a well-regarded school in West London.

Student Welfare Officer Job Specification:

  • Location: West London
  • Job Title: Student Welfare Officer
  • Full/Part Time: Full Time
  • Pay: £24,151 per annum (FTE £29, 346 per annum)
  • Hours: 8:00am - 3:30pm

Student Welfare Office Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to students, promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
  • Give immediate first aid when required and liaise with parents
  • Arrange all appropriate medical inspections and immunisations whilst maintaining student medical records and school accident book
  • Liaise with colleagues and first responders when needed alongside maintaining first aid boxes
  • Support safeguarding procedures, ensuring the well-being and safety of all students.
  • Foster a supportive school environment that encourages student success both academically and personally.

YOU MUST:

  • Hold valid RIGHT TO WORK in the UK
  • Hold an Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
  • Provide two professional references
