About the Role

You’ll teach across a range of vocational programmes, including City & Guilds and IMI courses. This includes lesson planning, student assessment, and supporting learners’ progression into employment or further education. Experience in hybrid/electric vehicle technology is desirable.

Person Specification – What We’re Looking For

•    Essential:
o    Level 3 qualification or higher in Motor Vehicle
o    Maths & English at Level 2 (or willingness to achieve)
o    Willingness to gain a recognised teaching qualification (if not already held)
o    Industry experience and ability to engage 16–19-year-old vocational learners
o    Good communication, organisation, and IT skills

•    Desirable:
o    Teaching/training experience
o    Assessor qualification (or willingness to gain one)
o    Experience with hybrid/electric vehicles
o    Knowledge of Further Education frameworks (e.g. City & Guilds)
