Are you an experienced automotive professional looking to share your expertise with the next generation of motor vehicle technicians? 

We are currently supporting a well-established college in Uxbridge, is seeking a dedicated Motor Vehicle Technician to support their successful apprenticeship program.

The Role:

As a Motor Vehicle Technician, you'll play a crucial role in developing skilled automotive professionals by:
•    Supporting teaching staff in delivering hands-on, practical curriculum
•    Supervising students in fully equipped automotive workshops
•    Ensuring health and safety compliance and promoting best workshop practices
•    Managing inventory and maintaining specialist equipment
•    Contributing to a positive learning environment for 16–19-year-old apprentices

The Ideal Candidate:
•    Proven experience in the motor vehicle/automotive industry
•    Strong practical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
•    Excellent understanding of workshop health and safety requirements
•    Effective communication skills, particularly with young people
•    Organized and proactive approach to workshop management
•    Willingness to become a qualified First Aider
