  • Support student retention and achievement through inductions, progress reviews, and timely assessment feedback.
  • Participate in recruitment activities, open evenings, and contribute to course marketing and promotion.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject area and participate in continuous professional development.
  • Ensure safeguarding, equality of opportunity, and a safe learning environment for all students.
