The Advocate group is proudly representing Monster Energy in the recruitment of a Digital Content & Community Manager, a role covering Sports & Lifestyle across EMEA.

One day you will be producing content from events, the next curating championship long storylines, all whilst engaging with the community, working on a range of projects and being involved in some of the best events in the world!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and manage centrally led digital campaigns and activations across EMEA Sports & Lifestyle.
  • Own day-to-day management and scheduling of content across EMEA social channels.
  • Lead proactive community management to foster engagement, brand love, and audience growth.
  • Collaborate with local markets to adapt central campaigns and maximise impact.
  • Act as the key link between Paid Media and Digital teams to optimise paid campaigns.
  • Monitor ambassador/talent activities and assess social impact across the region.
  • Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay on top of cultural, sports, and lifestyle trends to spark fresh social-first ideas.

About You:

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
  • Strong track record in sports, lifestyle, or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of action & motorsports culture.
  • Confident with influencer marketing, UGC distribution, and social-first storytelling.
  • Highly analytical, with strong ability to assess ROI and campaign performance.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects with ease.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to grow with a global brand.
  • Able to observe trends, use data and test and learn to maxmise quality, reach and engagement across all social platforms.
