I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning pub & hotel group looking for a talented and experienced General Manager to lead their operation for their new opening quality gastropub with 6rms in the stunning Dorset countryside within easy commute from East Dorset, Bournemouth, Salisbury and Southampton.

The successful General Manager must have strong hands on experience for 2yrs+ as General Manager or Operations Manager managing gastropubs, hotels or restaurants, as well as onsite admin and P&L and staff recruitment / training.
