At Prospero Teaching, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Nursery Support Worker to join our growing team and provide 1:1 support for a 4 (nearly 5) year-old boy in a nursery setting in Verwood starting this January.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child's early education journey.
What You'll Do:
- Support a young learner in a nurturing and engaging environment.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver activities tailored to the child's needs.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to help them thrive.
- Be calm, patient, and adaptable in your approach.
About You:
- Compassionate, caring, and innovative.
- Strong understanding of early years development.
- Organised, dependable, and creative.
- Experience working with children with SEN/SEMH needs is highly desirable.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working within UK schools or nurseries.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced child-barred list DBS (or willingness to apply).
- Up-to-date Safeguarding Training (or willingness to undertake).
