The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have previous experience within a fresh food kitchen and feel passionately about cooking with fresh, seasonal produce.
The Head Chef has an excellent career history within award winning restaurants around the country and could offer a superb training, so would consider a keen and enthusiastic Chef de Partie looking for their next step up.
This is a live out role and your own transport would be essential due to its rural location within this beautiful country village.
