- Act as a leader and mentor, providing guidance to junior staff and fellow Mental Health Nurses (RMNs).

- Assist in recruitment and retention, ensuring a skilled and dedicated nursing workforce.
- Experience in care planning, risk assessments, and report writing relevant to mental health nursing.
- Strong understanding of Mental Health Act legislation and statutory care requirements.
- Proven ability to lead shifts, coordinate staffing, and support team development.
- Commitment to mentoring junior Mental Health Nurses ( RMN ) and enhancing clinical practice.
