An exciting opportunity has arisen for a G4 Administrator to join the Safeguarding and Reviewing Unit Administration Team within the Children and Young People's Service.
Based at Five Towns Resource Centre in Castleford the post holder will be expected to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Independent Reviewing Officers and will need to be able to operate in a fast paced environment, using their own initiative whilst working as part of a team.
Duties will include (but are not limited to) live minute taking of reviews/meetings and distribution of same to attendees post event, electronic diary management, sending out meeting invitations, data input using Microsoft Office as well as our dedicated social care recording system, dealing with enquiries from the public and internal/external professionals both on the telephone and face to face.
The post holder will require good communication and organisational skills and needs to be aware of all aspects of data protection and confidentiality as you will be dealing with highly sensitive and emotive information on a daily basis, including information relating to the abuse and injuries of children and young people.
