The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the organisation.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Support the procurement process by managing orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the public sector.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of public sector policies and procedures is an advantage.
