Business Support AdministratorWakefield - 5 days on siteShort-term temporary role - Immediate StartWe are seeking a dedicated and organised Business Support Administrator to join a public sector organisation in Wakefield. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the organisation.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
