Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Service Administrator  

Location:         Wakefield

Salary:              £ 22,861.62 per Annuum

Hours:             35 hours p/week

Length:            Permanent Position

The role will predominantly involve:

  •   Implement the efficient running of the Project Office and assist Managers and other staff using appropriate office equipment and computerised systems and others as directed by undertaking a range of administrative tasks in keeping with policies and procedures.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the project and to complete returns as directed.
  • Input accurate and timely information into the Trust housing management system and to produce reports as required
  • To manage the office diary
  • Manage the office petty cash float, postage and stationary budgets and the purchasing of other items as necessary
  • Take an active part in team meetings, ensuring that the team is fully briefed in relation to risk factors, changes in service user behaviour and debriefed following any incident
  • Assist with arranging supervision of staff where appropriate and to supervise Administrative Bank Staff and students based in the office
