Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm (on-site)
We're looking for a Commercial Brand Manager to join a growing ecommerce business in the health and beauty sector. You'll be key in managing supplier relationships, overseeing brand performance, and supporting purchasing, forecasting, and promotional activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with key brands, acting as the main point of contact.
Support with stock planning and forecasting to align with promotional and seasonal activity.
Assist with brand performance reviews, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, promotions, and marketing support.
Help onboard new brands, ensuring smooth launches and integration with ecommerce systems.
Work with teams across marketing, ecommerce, and content to deliver effective brand campaigns.
Keep up to date with competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy.
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in brand or supplier relationship management
Experience in retail or ecommerce (health & beauty sector desirable)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Commercially aware with the ability to analyse sales data and plan accordingly
Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
Flexible approach to work, with occasional support required during weekends or key launches
