Are you an organised, customer-focused individual looking for a fast-paced role in a supportive team environment?
We're urgently seeking a Facilities Administrator to join our client's maintenance team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role is perfect for someone confident on the phone and experienced in coordinating repairs and facilities issues.
What you'll be doing:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers reporting faults (leaks, damages, urgent repairs, etc.)
  • Logging requests accurately and efficiently
  • Dispatching engineers and following up on urgent work orders
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Keeping records up-to-date and ensuring service standards are met

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle priorities
  • Experience in facilities, property management, or scheduling (preferred but not essential)
  • Available to start this Thursday
