My client in the Flanshaw area of Wakefield require an experienced Bench Joiner.
Duties of the Role:
Assemble pre-cut and prefabricated parts to form complete units using hand a power tools.
Work on bespoke builds using a variety of materials including solid surface.
Check all components supplied against cutting lists are available to complete units.
Ensure job cards are complete and accurate informing discrepancies to relevant manager and/or department.
Recording tasks on our SAP system (training provided).
Produce work to the highest standard in a timely manner.
Immediate start.
Maintain all tools used and report faulty machinery.
Comply with Health & Safety regulations as stated in the Health & Safety handbook.
Experience & attributes required:
At least 2 years bench hand joinery experience.
Experience of solid surface work is preferred but not mandatory. .
Ability to work on own initiative with or without supervision and cope under pressure.
Able to progress and develop within the role to meet workload demands.
Working Hours (7.30am - 5pm)
16ph - 18ph depending on experience
