HGV Class 2 Skip Driver

HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Driver - Skip Deliveries
Location: Wakefield
Hourly Rate: 15.69 per hour (paid weekly) + overtime available
Shift Pattern: 3 days per week (weekdays)
Contract Type: Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Class 2 skip vehicles for delivery and collection of skips

• Ensure safe loading and unloading of skips at various customer sites

• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects

• Adhere to driving hours and tachograph regulations

• Provide a professional and courteous service to all customers

• Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and compliance

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence, CPC & Tacho card

• Previous experience in skip work preferred

• Strong awareness of health & safety and transport regulations

• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
