Job Title: Personal Injury ParalegalSalary: £24,000 - £26,000Location: Wakefield, West YorkshireContract: Full time, Permanent, Hybrid Working AvailableRole Overview & Key Responsibilities:

  • Support lead file handlers in the management and progression of serious injury cases.
  • Draft standard correspondence to advance cases using the ProClaim case management system.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Fee Earners, handling incoming calls and enquiries.
  • Where appropriate, respond to telephone enquiries and ensure messages are relayed promptly to the relevant Fee Earner.
  • Work closely with your line manager to achieve monthly KPIs.
  • Regularly update and maintain accuracy within the case management system.
  • Ensure filing and information management is carried out in line with the firm's standards.
  • Arrange appointments for Fee Earners as required.
  • Liaise with the Finance Department regarding disbursement payments, outstanding accounts, and other finance-related matters.
  • Provide support to the wider team during busy periods, including document production, task management, call handling, and general administrative duties.
  • Sort and distribute incoming post efficiently.
  • Consistently meet performance targets within a goal-oriented environment.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required to support the needs of the business.
