Responsibilities / Main Duties:

  • Lead a team of 10 Regional Managers and up to 120 Retail Branch Managers within your division.
  • Continually coach and develop your colleagues across the division.
  • Through effective leadership drive a positive effect on increasing conversation, PPU and reducing losses.
  • Promote the highest levels of customer service to our customers while maximising the performance of your team.
  • Develop a culture of celebrating success as well as identifying how underperformance can be resolved.
  • Strong commitment to the company’s brand, values and principles and reflect this in your team as part of their measured success.
  • Accountability for ensuing the implementation of the company strategy on compliance.
  • Review commercial KPI’s to identify areas of concern and initiate appropriate plans.
  • Report on and account for the performance of the Division.
  • Ensure a consistent approach to performance management and disciplinary actions across all regions.

Provide regular reporting and insight to the Senior Divisional Manager and other members within senior management structure in order to identify opportunities for driving the business forward
