The role
Youll take charge of our computer-controlled bridge saws and CNC saws, accurately cutting stone slabs into kitchen worktop components for site installation. Quality is everything here: your eye for detail keeps every slab flawless and every job on schedule.
Key duties
Set, load and run CNC saws from digital templates (AutoCAD / Biesse / Intermac or similar)
Check first-off parts and carry out in-process inspections against tight tolerances
Handle and label a range of stones (granite, quartz, Dekton, ceramic) safely and efficiently
Complete basic maintenance, tool changes and fault reporting
Keep your celland the wider shop floorimpeccably clean and compliant with Health & Safety policy
Assist with polishing, finishing and loading when production peaks demand it
What were looking for:
Must-have
Fully qualified CNC saw operator (bridge saw + router) Polishing/finishing experience
Proven ability to read CAD / DXF files & set tooling
High attention to detail & commitment to quality Working knowledge of Lean / 5S
Reliable transport to WF2 for any shift
IOSH or similar safety training - we can provide

Two fixed shifts available (MonThu only)
o Early: 05:00 14:30
o Late: 14:00 00:00

40 contracted hours + paid overtime when available
Hourly rate £16.00 + and £17.60 after 6pm + overtime + cut bonuses depending on experience and certifications

Annual Average OTE £35k to £36k
