Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a drylining subcontractor, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously across the commercial, residential, and retail sectors. The role involves managing site teams, programmes, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget. Candidates must have proven experience in drylining, ceilings, or fire protection and be confident operating across several live sites at once.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have experience as a Contracts Managing
  • Must have experience within Drylining, Ceilings or Fire Protection
  • Must have Drivers Licence

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of 4-5 live projects simultaneously across commercial, residential, and retail sectors.
  • Attend and lead weekly client, site, and progress meetings.
  • Manage programmes, labour, subcontractors, and materials to ensure projects run to schedule and budget.
  • Use systems such as Excel and OneTrace for reporting, tracking variations, and compliance documentation.
  • Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and Health & Safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong working relationships.
