We're seeking a proactive and flexible Extrusion Operator to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is vital to the smooth operation of our production cell, involving the setup, operation, and maintenance of Extrusion lines, taking raw material and forming it into film - working on COEX and Single Screw Extruder Machines.

You'll play a key part in ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The plant is a 24/7 operation therefore you will work a shift pattern that will include days, nights and some weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, set up, and maintain industrial machinery
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance
  • Adhere to Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
  • Maintain workplace organisation and asset care standards

  • Compliance with HSHE audits
  • Scheduled asset care completion

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred
