Our client is well known organisation within their sector, and they are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate must be an experienced Administrator with current experience in a similar role. You will act as the point of contact within the department, and will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support service to colleagues.
This is a fully office based role. The salary £24,500 - £29,000pa, dependant on experience.
The role
- Preparing enquiry packs and collating information.
- Inputting and managing progress data.
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation.
- Placing orders and inputting prices and descriptions on to the companies system.
- Actioning appropriate orders.
- General secretarial and admin support duties to the Director.
About you
- A proactive and experienced Administrator.
- Good experience using MS Office, including a good knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A strong team player.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
