Their experience ranges from initial feasibility studies to the design of complex and major capital developments; these include strictly controlled research laboratories.

The Role
Our client is looking for a Degree qualified and ideally Chartered with CIBSE.
Strong Technical ability with proven track record in the delivery of complex building services solutions.
Working on developing core projects, capability, and resourcing
Managing a high level 2m+ implementation and scheme delivery
Management, development and direction of workforce.
Successful negotiation and win on many external tender bid presentations.
Preparation of project budgets and capital cost proposals for major schemes and clients.
Development of Core Client base for repeat business referrals and work winning.
