EYFS Teacher - Phonics Specialist

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years teacher with a strong focus on phonics? We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join our supportive team and play a key role in developing early literacy skills in our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative phonics lessons tailored to the EYFS curriculum.
Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing regular, constructive feedback to support individual development.
Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies across the early years setting.
Contribute to the wider school community through participation in events, enrichment activities, and ongoing professional development.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification.
A solid understanding of synthetic phonics approaches (e.g., Letters and Sounds, Read Write Inc., etc.).
A child-centered approach with a commitment to fostering early literacy and language skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
A proactive attitude towards ongoing learning and contribution to school life.
