Futures are looking to appoint a H&S Advisor for a client who have recently acquired a new facility due to continued growth. Our client are market leader within their respective field are looking to take on a H&S Advisor who will be very present on the shop floor and have the ability to implement processes and procedures for the shop floor. The ideal candidate must have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for Health & Safety.

H&S Advisor - Roles and Responsibilities - EHS / QESH / IOSH / NEBOSH / Health / Safety / Manufacturing• Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.

• Organise and deliver health and safety training sessions for employees and contractors.

• Maintain and update records, including safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance logs.

• Promote a positive health and safety culture across the organization.

• Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and external stakeholders to address health and safety concerns.

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety reviews to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective actions.

H&S Advisor - Skills and Abilities - EHS / QESH / IOSH / NEBOSH / Health / Safety / Manufacturing

* Experience of auditing* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to bring together cross departmental teams* NEBOSH or IOSH qualified* Previous experience working within health, safety and environment in a manufacturing environment
