The RoleWe’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Lead to manage and support a variety of HR functions. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, hands-on approach to delivering effective HR solutions in line with business strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys working closely with both leadership and employees.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to interview coordination.

Manage onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth and professional new starter experience.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Be a point of contact for employees, addressing HR queries and supporting engagement.

Partner with management to deliver HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Support with employee relations matters as needed.

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Confident in resolving issues with a proactive and pragmatic approach.
