The Role

As Payroll Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process for multiple sites across the world, including Europe, Middle East & Asia. You'll ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery, compliance with HMRC & local regulations, and provide strategic insight to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process monthly payroll for over 500+ employees and
  • Oversee pension contributions, benefits, and statutory deductions
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll legislation and reporting requirements
  • Liaise with HR and Finance to streamline payroll and reporting processes
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries and audits
  • Implement improvements to payroll systems and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing payroll in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC compliance
  • Experience with payroll software (e.g. ADP Celego)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for the arts is a plus!
