Job Overview

SWIFT Temps Ltd Commercial Recruitment Division are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our clients team in Wakefield (WF2). Temporary

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department with a range of administrative duties, contributing to the smooth operation of people development and training processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Process and manage funded training requests
  • Monitor and respond to people development tickets
  • Maintain and update internal HR databases accurately
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails in a professional manner
  • Perform additional HR-related administrative tasks as required

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an HR environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
