SWIFT Temps Ltd Commercial Recruitment Division are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our clients team in Wakefield (WF2). Temporary
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department with a range of administrative duties, contributing to the smooth operation of people development and training processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Process and manage funded training requests
- Monitor and respond to people development tickets
- Maintain and update internal HR databases accurately
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails in a professional manner
- Perform additional HR-related administrative tasks as required
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an HR environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with databases or HR systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Desirable Attributes
- Experience with HR or training management systems
- Knowledge of funded training processes
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
