Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance: Assist in the installation and maintenance of temporary security camera systems on construction sites, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Troubleshooting: Learn to identify and troubleshoot technical issues with security camera systems, collaborating with senior engineers to provide timely resolutions.
Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks and inspections to ensure the functionality, quality, and security of deployed camera systems.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting processes for future reference.
Client Interaction: Develop effective communication skills to interact with clients, addressing inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during installations and maintenance activities, promoting a secure working environment.
Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated on the latest security camera technologies and industry best practices.
Stock Control: The monitoring, tracking and organising of stock to meet demand, reduce costs and enhance overall business operations.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum A level / GNVQ or equivalent. Relevant technical certifications or coursework in electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of electrical systems and a keen interest in learning about security camera technologies.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Safety Conscious: Prioritise safety and adhere to safety regulations in all aspects of work.
Driving License: A valid driving license with a maximum of 3 points.
