As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, responsible for ensuring that all components and finished products meet the company’s exacting quality and aesthetic standards.

Responsibilities

  • Paint Application: Apply primers, topcoats, and specialised finishes using a range of spray equipment and techniques to achieve a consistent, high-quality result.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect painted components for colour accuracy, surface consistency, and finish quality, making adjustments as required to meet specification standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain spray booths, guns, and associated equipment, ensuring they are cleaned, serviced, and ready for use to minimise downtime.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives and uphold lean manufacturing principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings, product specifications, and work instructions.
  • Strong time management and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and production targets.
  • Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental best practices in a workshop or production setting.
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes under time constraints.
