About the Role:

We are looking for a Service Engineer to travel to our customers and resolve issues across the UK. Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for resolving issues with our windows, doors, and bi-folds.
  • Provide excellent customer service whilst at customers properties.
  • Provide excellent quality of workmanship.
  • Support the Engineering team to assist with resolving any issues as and when required.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of site Health and Safety.
  • The drive to achieve deadlines and KPI’s.
  • Collect all relevant paperwork from HQ and load van safely for the day.
  • Ability to liaise with site mangers whilst carrying out work duties.

What we are looking for:

  • Preferably New Build site experience.
  • Must hold a valid CSCS Card.
  • Previous experience in all aspects of window, door and bi-fold fitting.
  • Excellent product knowledge with good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify cost efficient solutions to problems.
  • Good customer service skills with the ability to apply a calm and polite approach when dealing with dissatisfied customers.
  • A clean driving license.
  • The ability to work on your own and use your own initiative.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and written.
  • A self-motivated individual who has a can do approach to work with the ability to get the job done in the required timescales.
