Role: Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £46-48k DOE + Overtime
Location: Wakefield
Shift pattern: Continental 2days 2 nights
Holidays: 21 days

The Company
ATA have partnered with the UK’s leading FMCG Manufacturer supplying to some of the biggest names in the retail sector. As the maintenance engineer you will be working on a range of varied semi and automated kit. This sight is part of another division and there is plenty of room to move up the ladder in other parts of the group. They are looking for motivated maintenance engineers to join a team of mechanical and electrical engineers and add value to their busy production process.
The Role
As the maintenance engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting planned and preventive maintenance on automated and complex machinery
- Fault finding on electrical and mechanical components including contactors, invertors, relays, bearings, rollers and some work on Siemens and Mitsubishi
- Maintain levels of critical spares
- Control calibration records
Requirements
As the maintenance engineer, our client requires:
- NVQ level 3 apprenticeship (or equivalent) in engineering mechanical or electrical
- Good understanding of fault finding both mechanically and or electrically
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
