Description
- Manage and supervise production activities to meet established targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the production floor.
- Identify and resolve any issues impacting production timelines or quality.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
- Monitor resource allocation and ensure optimal utilisation of materials and labour.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Motivate and lead the production team to maintain high performance standards.

- Proactive and Performance-Focused - A results-driven leader with experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
- Inspiring Manager - Naturally ambitious with the ability to motivate and develop teams, fostering a positive and competitive culture.
- Qualified and Experienced - Degree-level education in Engineering, Operations or Business, with at least 3 years' management experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Operationally Excellent - Skilled in resource planning, cost control, and using OEE and performance data to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
- Clear Communicator - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in appraisals, training, and aligning teams to business goals.
Job Offer
