Description

  • Manage and supervise production activities to meet established targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the production floor.
  • Identify and resolve any issues impacting production timelines or quality.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
  • Monitor resource allocation and ensure optimal utilisation of materials and labour.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Motivate and lead the production team to maintain high performance standards.

Profile

  • Proactive and Performance-Focused - A results-driven leader with experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
  • Inspiring Manager - Naturally ambitious with the ability to motivate and develop teams, fostering a positive and competitive culture.
  • Qualified and Experienced - Degree-level education in Engineering, Operations or Business, with at least 3 years' management experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Operationally Excellent - Skilled in resource planning, cost control, and using OEE and performance data to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Clear Communicator - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in appraisals, training, and aligning teams to business goals.

Job Offer
