About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Practice Nurse to join our team in Middleton, Leeds. In this role, you will lead a nursing team and ensure that our practice provides an optimum service of nursing care relevant to our patient population. You will work to agreed protocols and play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the nursing team.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care.
Develop and implement nursing protocols.
Provide clinical leadership and support to the team.
Manage and coordinate patient care.

What We Need from You:

A degree in Nursing.
Proven leadership experience.
Independent prescribing qualification (or working towards this).
Qualification in at least two areas of long-term conditions, one of which must be Diabetes. Other areas include COPD and Respiratory Care, and Cardiovascular Disease (or working towards).
Training in sexual health and cervical cytology.
Expertise in wound care management.
Ability to administer immunisations for both adults and children.
