The wider company covers further specialist sectors and they have been in operation for many years.Due to growth plans, they are looking to hire additional team members and offer an exciting opportunity to manage high-level recruitment projects and develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates in a dynamic industry. For the right candidate, there's a clear progression path. Within 6-8 months, you'll have the opportunity to take on management of the full civil market, to advance to a Divisional Manager role. This position offers significant potential for professional growth and increased responsibilities and will include:

  • Identifying and recruiting top-tier executive talent for US-based civil construction firms.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust network of industry professionals.
  • Conducting in-depth candidate assessments and interviews.
  • Managing full recruitment cycles from initial client brief to successful placements.

Qualifications:

  • You will have proven experience in executive search, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • A strong understanding of the US civil construction market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and LinkedIn.

In return, they offer a basic salary of £40,000 with a realistic OT of £120,000, flexible working with the option to work from home, a 4-day week, monthly company events, benefits and bonuses.
