Are you ready to step into a fast-paced, rewarding role where every day brings something new? Our key client in Wakefield is looking for a proactive and detail-driven temporary Administrator to join their dynamic team immediately! (Approx. 3 months). 

Hours of work 40 - 7.30 a.m. - 16.30 p.m. Monday to Friday

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the vital link supporting their Maintenance Resource Planners, helping to keep operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating reactive maintenance work for technicians
  • Handling customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and care
  • Raising purchase orders for third-party contractors
  • Processing invoices and ensuring accurate chargebacks to customers
  • Assisting with work planning and stock availability across depots
  • And much more – no two days are the same!
