Your new companyThis part-time Receptionist job has become available at a primary school. The school has a very dedicated workforce that focusses on the educational outcomes of all students and aims to create a learning community that is both supportive and safe in an environment of mutual respect.Your new roleThis school is currently looking for a part-time Receptionist to start as soon as possible. The role will be predominately mornings 0800-1145. Your time in this role will include:* Meeting and greeting visitors* Management of the school phone line* Responding to emails* Checking in/out visitors and other stakeholders* General Admin duties* Taking in deliveriesWhat you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate would have:* Strong IT skills,* Respect for safeguarding and confidentiality,* A strong ability to communicate well* Work as part of a team and as an individual* Use your own initiative* Ability to remain calm under pressure* Maintain attention to detail and be organised, motivated and punctual.We will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum and you will need to be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.What you'll get in returnAs well as receiving a competitive rate of pay, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an outstanding school.
