Accomplish Today are looking for a motivated finance professional to join our clients rapidly growing business. This role is to support the finance department in maintaining accuracy and efficiency of their financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll: Processing weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC and internal policies. Be the first point of contact for internal customers, offering specialist payroll support and system guidance. Manage reconciliations, annual reporting, and pension administration tasks. Produce payroll management information through business objects reporting.
  • Invoice Processing: Accurately processing supplier invoices on internal systems and creating weekly creditor lists.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Performing daily bank reconciliations.
  • Expense Management: Manage weekly expense processing and credit care spend, ensuring all submissions comply with company policies.
  • Credit Control: Conduction control and cash allocations, producing weekly debtor list.
  • Team Collaboration: Supporting the finance department and wider business where required and ensuring timely provision of reports and information.

Key Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
  • Proficiency in handling multi-currency transactions.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
  • Experience in credit control and cash allocation is advantageous.

About You

  • Experience working in a fast-paced sector is a plus
  • Proven experience within an SME, with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with all levels of the business
