The Role:
As a Primary Supply Teacher with Tradewind, you will:
- Teach across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 depending on your experience and preference
- Deliver pre-planned lessons or step into cover roles as required
- Adapt to new environments quickly and confidently
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and pupil engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent classroom experience within a UK primary school setting
- A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to teaching
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
